The 1st floor of the villa, fully refurbished upscale, has two bedrooms, a large living room with fireplace and a brand name fitted kitchen with magnificent terraces enjoying a view of the lighthouse at Cap Camarat. Large parking lot. Ping-pong table, barbecue, large summer lounge.
